Modon Launches Corporate Policies and Procedures Development Project in Collaboration with Advisory GB

Modon Real Estate Development has signed a cooperation agreement with Advisory GB to develop an integrated framework of corporate policies and procedures, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency and support its growth and expansion plans.
The project covers the development of policies and procedures for 15 different departments within the company, through a 24-week executive program that will deliver more than 30 institutional and organizational outputs.
The agreement was signed by Mr. Fares Al Balbisi, Executive Vice President of Modon Real Estate Development, who emphasized that this step reflects the company’s commitment to adopting best corporate practices and advancing its internal systems in line with the continued growth of its business and its readiness for the next phase.

Chairman visits Buruj Project, advancing Baghdad’s modern urban transformation

Al Handal International Group (HIG) welcomed Engineer Duraid Najm Al-Rubaie, Chairman of the Baghdad Investment Commission, to the Buruj Residential Project. Accompanied by Mr. Hardan Noori Al Handal, Vice Chairman of HIG and CEO of Modon Real Estate Development, the Chairman toured the site. He met with the engineering and technical teams.
Significant progress has been made on key components, including Madinat International Schools and upscale retail outlets. Chairman Al-Rubaie reviewed construction plans, discussed timelines, and acknowledged the team’s success in overcoming significant challenges. He praised the rapid progress, reaffirmed the Commission’s support for Baghdad’s reconstruction, and pledged continued assistance to remove any remaining barriers.
